Our vision

At adelinapcrepair, we believe scam and fraud information should be reliable, practical, and easy to act on. Our mission is simple: help readers in the UK and the US recognize scams, verify claims, and respond quickly, through clear reporting, step-by-step guides, and honest updates.

Our values

Three pillars guide our work: Integrity, Excellence, and Originality.

Integrity

Trust is everything.

  • Every article is based on verified facts, traceable evidence, and, when relevant, identified expert input.
  • We systematically cite sources when appropriate (official agencies, public documents, reputable reports, and primary references).
  • We aim for clarity and accuracy, avoiding confusion, overreach, and misleading headlines.

Excellence

We prioritize quality over quantity.

  • Strong context and clear explanations, without hype.
  • When we use screenshots, data, or examples, we explain what they show and what they don’t.
  • Editorial reviews are performed before publication, and expert review is added when necessary.

Originality

We don’t just repackage trending posts.

  • Real-world scam breakdowns, clear “how it works” explainers, and practical prevention tactics.
  • Useful formats: checklists, templates, timelines, and quick verification steps.
  • Headlines must match the content, no sensationalism.

Our editorial process

  • Content is produced by an editorial team and specialized contributors.
  • Every article is signed, and when relevant we include methodology (sources used, how we verified, limitations).
  • Potential conflicts of interest are disclosed; if needed, authors may be replaced.
  • When technology or AI helps with research, translation, or verification support, a human editor reviews, corrects, and validates the final content before publication.

Right of reply & corrections

Requests for a right of reply or corrections can be sent to contact@clevoxa.com, including:

  • the article URL or title,
  • the passage concerned,
  • the requested correction/clarification,
  • the requester’s identity and contact details.

If we make a mistake, we publish a transparent correction (an update note at the end of the article describing what changed and when). We treat every request seriously and respond as quickly as possible.

Independence & ethics

Our editorial line is independent from partners and advertisers. Sponsored content or editorial partnerships are clearly labeled. We do not accept pressure to influence, delay, or suppress publication. We respect privacy and applicable data-protection rules (including GDPR/UK GDPR where relevant).

What makes our content different

  • An evidence-first approach: priority to facts, primary sources, and verifiable steps.
  • Practical guides and checklists designed to help readers avoid scams and recover faster.
  • Accessible writing without sacrificing rigor, so anyone can make informed decisions.
